Since in didn’t have any utensils, I had no way to cut my burger in half. Typically, I eat half my burger and half my fries and take the rest home for lunch the next day. When the food arrived, we had no silverware. We had a po boy with fries and a cheeseburger with tater wedges. After about 15-20 minutes with no server, the other two chose to leave, without ordering. We had our hands raised and several times the server looked our way but didn’t come by to check on us. We attempted to get the server’s attention for them to place their drink and food order. About the time our food arrived we had two people join our table. It took a while before our server came to take our drink order, a while to bring our drinks, a while to take our food order and much. It wasn’t crowded but there were several tables with people dining. Nearly all the reviews over the last couple years had the same theme…poor service! Needless to say, with so many other options in the local area, I doubt I’d come back here again.
This of course dragged our stay out even longer!Īfter leaving, I decided to look up reviews online for this BWW location. But when I looked at the copy she returned with to sign, she’d charged my card to someone else’s receipt! Now I had to get that straightened out. Everyone gave their credit cards to her with the receipt she gave each of us. Without asking, our server separated everyone’s billing…nice heads up approach, but think she should have asked first. Normally, I’d would have sent it back but because our lunch break was running so long, I just ate it. Overall, our food was good however, my chicken sandwich was warm at best. After at least 30 minutes, our food started to arrive…not everyone’s, but at least we were started to get our food. Then it got worse…wait and wait and wait and still no food. Same before she returned with the drinks and to take our food orders. day, it was a while before our server came to take drink orders. This is the smallest BWWs I’ve ever seen.įor a slow afternoon.
